Tintswalo Boulders Boutique Villa overlooks Boulders’ beach - Cape Town’s most visited beach and the only place you can get close to endangered African penguins in their natural habitat.

Tintswalo at Boulders

Boutique Villa

Simons Town, South Africa

The villa is in the charming, North-facing village of Simon’s Town in Cape Town in an area which falls under the protection of the Table Mountain Marine protection.

From this luxurious beachfront villa, you will be captivated by the 180-degree vistas of the Indian Ocean and enjoy a bird’s eye of the world-famous colony of these quaint and comical sea mammals dressed in their ‘tuxedos.’

With nine beautifully decorated luxury suites and the option of a children’s suite, the private Boutique Villa operates on a bed and breakfast basis. The rate includes a smorgasbord of mouth-watering options for breakfast each morning, as well as afternoon snacks on arrival.

If you want absolute exclusivity, Tintswalo at Boulders Boutique Villa may also be booked exclusively for large groups or extended families travelling together.  There is no need to worry about meals, a private chef is available on request for full villa takeovers.

The villa is ideally located to explore the Cape Peninsula and is en-route to the iconic Cape Point reserve. Other excursions include half day city and wine tours and for the more adventurous, shark cage diving and kayaking. It’s not all get up and go though, the in-room Spa treatments of your choice from one of our therapists will make sure that you wind down and relax.

A luxury villa,  pristine swimming beaches with the playful penguins as the star attraction, sublime views and a mouthwatering breakfast to help you get up and go are just a few of things that make Tintswalo at Boulders Villa a bucket list destination.
